You should split the months on the chores that only needs done every other month or less often, for example for my every other month chores in the Living Room I will clean ceiling fans and wash blinds in Jan, Mar, May, July ,Sep & Nov. and I will wash knick-knacks and clean wall hangings in Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct & Dec. Another example is on the chores I want to do 4x per year. I would do some of them in Jan, Apr, July & Oct., some of them in Feb, May, Aug & Nov and the rest of them in Mar,June,Sept & Dec.
This is just some ideas. I may have missed something.
